Legend

Rec. Recommended configuration released with major release or service pack
Sup. The configuration is a supported environment
SBE. A supported environment however RIM has not assessed the full impact so will support on a "best efforts" basis
Pend. The 3rd party component is currently being assessed for compatibility
NR (Not Recommended) Compability issues exist and RIM does not recommend installation; unsupported configuration
S/NR Supported but Not Recommended
Sunset Age of legacy software has placed environment in an unsupported state

How to Read the Compatibility Matrix
As new service packs are released, the recommended versions were the environments tested at the time of the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server (BES) release. If a cell is blank it means that as new third party versions are released the general strategy is to test with the then current BlackBerry® Enterprise Server (BES) version so older versions were not necessarily reviewed or assessed for newer third party versions. Also as third party versions age, they will not necessarily be tested with current versions of BES.
